My husband and I went in to kill some time before picking up a prescription that wasn't ready. We went in just looking for a new bed. We were greeted at the door by a young man by the name of Colin. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. He made our decision an easy one. Thanks Colin! We will be returning for any future furniture purchases!

Purchase experience was great! Received items in a timely manner and the product was already put together when it arrived. Since receiving my 2 end tables, I have already returned to Ashley and bought a couch, sofa and another end table.

I had a great trip to Morris Backroom. So many great finds and deals. Big thanks go to Tammy who walked me through the process of making sure there was nothing horribly broken with the headboard i purchased today. She took the time to help me navigate the displays to find the perfect mattress at the best price. Tammy helped make today a big success for this return shopper. Kudos to the management team too.

We stopped by close to closing and were met by Ryan. He was kind and super helpful leading us in the right direction for what we were looking for, excusing himself to give us time to browse and then coming back to check on us. He patiently walked us through the massive warehouse full of every piece of household furniture you could want. I described the coffee table and recliner styles we were looking for and he took us right to the ideal items! Needless to say we left VERY happy with our delivery date set for both the coffee table and the recliner and truly grateful for his assistance!

Great experience overall! The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and the quality of the furniture is really nice for the price. The whole process from shopping to checkout was smooth and easy. Made a purchase recently from Morris furniture of Dayton Ohio I got the Harper recliner that swivels and does a whole 360, also rocks. I love it! It's so comfy this is the second chair I bought from them the first one I recently gifted to my mother because she was in need of one an now she's in love with that chair so I needed a new one lol... So this chair is made well you can tell by the weight of it an the fabric is beautiful I've never seen a fabric like this before on a piece of furniture it's different and unique I've never had a issue with morris furniture they have always done everything right from the moment I placed orders there's no one else I'd rather have purchased my recliner chairs from so of ur debating stop! Make the purchase! You'll love it...!

We went to the Morris Outlet sale in Fairborn this weekend looking for dining room chairs. We sought out Eve because she's been helping us for the last 10 years or so, and we love her. She told us to also look at the mattresses because they had some really good deals. Well, Eve was busy at the desk so we told her we'd get started looking and let her know what we found. Ryan Thompson led us back to the warehouse and showed us around because he knew Eve was tied up at the moment. We saw a mattress we were interested in and were helped by Dustin and Christina who went above and beyond to help us. Ryan later returned to make sure we were all set and helped move mattresses around so we could see them from the proper angle. The customer service we received today from all the aforementioned was so incredible, we ended up buying 2 new mattresses at an amazing savings -- Purple Premier Plus with the adjustable bases! I'm in the service industry myself, and a happy and consistent staff, in any industry, who work well as a team and support each other while putting the customer first is not just a rarity these days, but speaks volumes about the employer. Thank you all for delivering your best today, we will be back. As an aside, we never did get the dining room chairs; we found them, but unfortunately we would have had to purchase the table too and we didn't need a table. Oh well, we'll keep watching the amazing sales and maybe they will have the chairs available a la carte in the future. Thanks again, you guys Rock!

I ordered a new box springs from their online store and the process was extremely simple and efficient. I did not need to inquire with the store as the communication via email and text messaging was very accurate. The communication with the delivery team was great and the delivery personnel provided quick and efficient customer service as well. I highly recommend Morris and Ashleigh furniture for any of your home needs.

Overall positive experience. Prod: Easy to schedule delivery. Delivery folks very courteous and professional. I searched the website first and knew what I wanted. Having an actual store nearby to go, test out, and measure was really helpful. Cons: the measurements on the website did not include all measurements. It would be really helpful to have more of the measurements available (for instance my couch had a sofa chaise and a chaise. The website had no measurement for the length of the sofa chaise).

From beginning to end it was another great experience. The sectional we ordered was out of stock. We were told it would be 5-8 weeks till delivery. To my surprise it was only one week. The guys who delivered and put my sectional together were professional and respectful. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture and in a few years we’ll be back. Great company and fantastic service.
